The Human Resource Development Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses are now fully accredited in the United Kingdom by the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator.

You can view the full details of these qualifications on the National Database of Accredited Qualifications: http://www.accreditedqualifications.org.uk/awarding-body/qualifications/Institute+of+Commercial+Management+qualifications.seo.aspx.

Both the Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Development are vocationally-related qualifications providing knowledge and skills in the human resources and general business arena, and ensure a range of career and employment options are available on completion of the award.

ICM has articulation arrangements with a wide range of universities and institutions in the UK and overseas, and typically, the ICM Diploma allows entry to level 2 of an appropriate Honours degree programme. Some UK universities that already have established formal progression agreements include: Sunderland, Southampton Solent, Birmingham City and Manchester Metropolitan.
