With effect from 1st July 2012 all students who wish to be issued with a transcript of their ICM examination results will be required to pay a fee of £10.00 Pounds Sterling for each course they have undertaken, regardless of whether the transcript is for personal use or to be forwarded directly to a College or University. You may request a transcript by forwarding a letter including your student identification number, which course the transcript is for, the contact name and name and address of the College or University, together with your payment. Please also remember to include your current personal address if this document is to be forwarded directly to yourself.

Western Union – if you wish to use Western Union the payee’s name is ‘Alistair Somerville-Ford’. It is ESSENTIAL that you provide us with the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) you are given by Western Union. If payment is made for examinations, the Money Transfer Control Number MUST be clearly written on your examination entry form. If you propose to send your fees through Western Union please confirm by email to firstname.lastname@example.org that payment has been made by this method.
